Account and registration
No. jumbototo allows one account per person. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same identity (name, email, phone, or ID number), we close all of them and may forfeit any balance.
This rule protects the integrity of our platform and helps us comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. If you have lost access to your original account, contact our support team instead of opening a new one. We can help you recover your account or reset your password within one business day.
To verify your account on jumbototo, we need a government-issued ID, a recent photo, and proof of address.
Accepted ID documents are KTP (Indonesian national identity card), passport, or driver's license. The photo must be a clear selfie showing your face and a page of your ID held beside your face. Proof of address can be a utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last three months. Verification usually takes 1–2 business days. If we need clarification, we contact you via email.
To request deletion of your personal data, contact our support team via the customer support page and select "Data deletion request" from the issue type. Include your username and the email address associated with your account.
We process deletion requests within 10 business days where legally possible. Note that we may retain some data if required by law (such as transaction records for tax or anti-money-laundering purposes). After deletion, you cannot recover your account. Payments and transactions
Yes. We support deposits and withdrawals via virtual account transfers from online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. When you request a deposit on jumbototo, we generate a unique virtual account number for your bank. You transfer funds to that number, and the deposit appears in your account within minutes.
For withdrawals, we process requests within one business day and return funds to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary by bank and time of day — weekend and holiday withdrawals (like around Idul Fitri or Idul Adha) may take longer. Check your bank's customer service for specific transfer times.
Deposit minimums and maximums depend on your payment method. Most methods (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers) have a minimum deposit of a few thousand rupiah and a maximum determined by your payment provider's daily limits.
On jumbototo, you can deposit multiple times per day as long as you stay within each provider's limit. Withdrawals have similar limits. During high-volume periods or around holidays like Imlek, processing times may extend but limits remain the same.
